• Latest vaccination date and payment evidence uploaded by the customer

How we use and store information

We use this information to allocate rooms, confirm bookings, contact cat owners, and support a safe stay. Files received by the system are stored in the hotel's Google Drive, and Gmail may be used for booking emails. We do not sell customer information.
